"This was our third trip to Hilton Hawaiian Village, and we ate for the third time at Tropics. Love its location right on the beach, next to the pool, shopping, and fun atmosphere. Great views of the ocean. They offer a great variety of food, drinks, and fun Hawaiian cocktails. The quality is very good, and the prices are very fair (for Hawaii). Service is amazing, friendly, and genuine. Our Server this last time was Paula. Paula was so special for us. We bonded like old friends, with so much in common. Found out that she has worked there for 42 years (must have started when she was 7)!! When we went back 5 days later, she remembered our names, asked what activities we had been doing, and how our family was. Such a wonderful addition to a wonderful trip. Highly recommend Tropics.
