"The first time we dined at this restaurant on a Tuesday was excellent, and the bartender who served us was super friendly. My partner and I decided to order from here again tonight. However, the second time around for takeout could have been better. I had to wait 10 minutes before my order was ready, causing the rest of the food to get cold while I waited. Additionally, I did not even receive utensils or napkins, which was surprising. The brisket cheesesteak and fat sandwich were really good, but the shells and cheese dish was disappointing. It had a gooey consistency, so I would recommend skipping it. The staff was still super friendly, so maybe it was just an off night. These things happen to the best of us. We will likely stick to dining in during the week rather than ordering takeout on the weekends."
