"We met Kristina once in the restaurant to go over the event timetable. She offered valuable suggestions on how to adjust the schedule to ensure everything flowed smoothly, and her ideas were fabulous. We kept in constant contact via email, and whenever I had questions or wanted to make changes, she was quick to take note.
On the day of the party, my partner and I arrived about 15 minutes after it started, and I was thrilled to see that everything was running smoothly. After we were announced, a server approached me immediately and offered me a mimosa, which was delightful. I felt like I was in a movie; the staff was so attentive that I had nothing to worry about, allowing me to fully enjoy the celebration.
The food and drinks were incredible. We decided on a brunch because I signed the contract for that before Gandy Dancer stopped offering it, and I was so relieved they honored it since I promised all my guests a brunch experience. Our guests had the option of a summer fruit waffle, lobster and brat omelet, or crab cake Benedict. For dessert, they could choose vanilla bean ice cream or handcrafted cheesecake. I think everyone loved the food—I know I certainly did! If I plan another anniversary celebration, I would love to return to the Gandy Dancer."
