"However, when I arrived right at opening, the place was chaotic and disorganized. The two hardworking staff members at the counter were completely overwhelmed, and it appeared that the manager—a dark-haired man in a Pie Hole shirt—was unhelpfully milling around, distracted by his phone while the employees struggled to keep up. There seemed to be others in the back who might have been able to assist as well. I felt really sorry for the two staff members, as the operational issues and lack of support were really a management problem, and none of it was their fault. My order wasn’t ready when I arrived, and I ended up waiting over 20 minutes for them to box the pies, which weren’t labeled. To top it off, they hadn’t pre-sliced the pies as I had requested during the ordering process. With no time left to wait for them to slice the pies, I decided to leave. Not only were the staff overwhelmed, but other customers waiting in line, some for over 20 minutes, were just trying to order coffee or a slice of pie and were confused by the lack of anyone at the register. The two staff members were clearly doing their best, but it was apparent that more help was needed. I sincerely hope they can improve their staffing and, most importantly, their operational leadership. I love supporting local businesses like The Pie Hole, but at $40 per pie, it’s hard to justify when the overall experience was so disappointing."

"This location has changed and not for the better :(Let me preface this by saying I have frequented this Pie Hole location for years. It was one of my favorites and I went often to try their new pie slices. Within the last few months it seems something at this location has changed. I'm inclined to think they no longer make pies in house. For example the cereal killer cheesecake (my personal fave) was renamed to serial lover. The entire recipe has changed per one staff but another tried to tell me it was just a name change. It is in fact not at all the same in fact it's completely different look and taste wise. This pie has not been discontinued as it's still available at other Pie Hole locations. It seems they no longer have any of the monthly flavors advertised by Pie Hole on social media, just the 4 usual and the pies never have toppings anymore. Example I went yesterday for an earl grey tea slice that the label clearly states is topped with crushed pistachios and it always has been served that way but our slices came with just whip cream and that's how all pie slices have been coming for the last couple months. The pies do not taste bad but they aren't to the same quality they used to be.Their order pick up is also inconsistent falsely stating you can pick up slices/pies like the cereal killer that they in fact don't have/rebranded. I wish this location nothing but the best but do hope they bring back their old way of doing things"
