"This is a local chain similar to Shake Shack. The food was decent and met the expectations you’d have for this type of establishment. However, we waited over thirty minutes for just one burger and a side of fries. When we arrived, there were no other customers in the store. It felt like online orders were being prioritized over those of us who came in, which I understand—there's likely a lot of online business—but it really detracted from the overall customer experience in terms of service."
