"The food and service used to be excellent, but they've been on a steady decline, and tonight was the final straw. I placed my order and waited for an hour. When I called to check on it, they claimed they had no record of my order. They later called back to confirm that I had indeed placed an order, but someone had simply forgotten to enter it. This is very disappointing."
