"Very disappointed especially since this was my anniversary dinner, they were not busy when we got there or ordered so the fact we got cold food is very sad, not only was my garlic bread and chicken Alfredo cold, my man's chicken, potatoes, brussel sprouts were cold. Once we got our meal they seated a very large crowd in front of the entire view of the lake and that's one reason we chose there for a romantic setting they could of been seated to the left instead of taking over the entire view for all the guests. That's not even the worst of it they did not check on us at all but sure did check on the large crowd multiple times. So looks to me that small parties aren't important. I'm sorry but if my guest ate none of their food expect the appetizer which was warm I'd be asking if anything was wrong or they could do anything to fix it. 50$ meal for 2 and the only thing eaten was the appetizer. The customer service was horrible took forever for a check even longer for someone to take our payment, and they barely said anything to us except when taking our order. Definitely need better customer service, and food needs to be warm, fresh, hot. Especially when spending 50$...... If I could rate it negative stars I would. But judging by the other reviews this is an ongoing issue with service. and management response is not great either. Next time going out I will definitely read reviews. But I just moved to NC so finding places to eat here is all new to me."
