"I had a terrible experience with the food at Ken's. The simple platter featured spring rolls that were undercooked and had a fishy taste, shrimp tempura that was greasy, and wings that tasted cheap and frozen, despite being labeled as wings. The teriyaki chicken tasted overwhelmingly of vinegar, and to make matters worse, there were no sauces included with the delivery. The triple delight dish was equally disappointing. I definitely will not be ordering from Ken's again."

"honestly disappointed by my first and only experience in this facility, especially after I heard such wonderful things from a close friend. for beginners our waitress was very impatient and very rude. they took a stance on a misunderstanding on their part, which was shocking when considering that most foods are not freshened. I ordered general Tso chicken and the brokkoli with which it came was cold on the touch. When I asked the waitress about it, she said that the brokkoli decoration is so that it is not necessary to warm it up. I've eaten this dish for 20 years. the broccoli was always boiled to the temperature of the chicken. the manager had the same bad attitude. this device is nothing but an overpriced, disguised China wok. you better go to the shopping center and get Chinese food there. it will be a third of the price with better quality service and eat."

I wouldn’t order them again because there was too much onion; it felt like I got three rings in one. The breading was decent, but not special. - **Teriyaki Chicken**: Very good! "First time going here and the staff was very friendly. The sushi I ordered was fresh and very good. It was hard to pick though because the menu has a lot of options that sounded good. The service was very quick. The only thing that could be improved is the miso soup. Don't get me wrong but it didn't have much in it as far as tofu and what not. "I ordered through Seamless at 11:55 AM, expecting my food to arrive by 12:40 PM. When it didn’t arrive, I called the restaurant, and they still hadn’t even left by 12:56 PM. The restaurant falsely claimed that my order was received at 12:20 PM, and they said it would be on its way by 1:00 PM. After calling again, they told me, "I told you to cancel," at 1:20 PM. My order finally arrived after two hours. To be clear, I’m not complaining about the quality of the food; it’s just that the customer service here is unacceptable. This restaurant actually suggests that you cancel your order when you call to inquire about the delivery time if it’s taking too long. If you’re considering ordering from here, please read this review carefully and adjust your expectations accordingly."

"I spent more than $250.00 at this establishment for delivery in the last 7 days. When I complained about the Shredded Pork with Garlic Sauce having no Pork all of a sudden my next delivery order received a call stating that they did not deliver that far. They had 5 orders this far for delivery!!! I had generously tipped their bike/drivers. I had also placed orders for pick-up on my way home!! Requested that the Manager give me a call back regarding the delivery order I placed tonight and he did not have the courtesy to give me a call back. The food was fine until that last dish and that is why I tried to order again and received this comment of discrimination by one of the employees at the restaurant."

I ordered the tofu steak, which was a whole plate with delicious vegetables, mushrooms, a little brown rice and a few greens along with two round patties of easy fritttofu. all for $10, plus it came with a green salad. (Lunch menu). there are some fish oil in even some of the vegan options, they wanted to check. update 11/21: no tofu steak on menu, but waiter offered, cook make me fried tofu, even tho there is no tofu on the menu at all. and then I ordered the side of the spa gel (damped), and some brown rice and made a meal out of it. updated by previous review on 2019-07-26"

"I took my wife and two children out for Mother's Day and only had to wait 5 minutes for a Hibachi table at 3:30. The restaurant was super clean, even the ventilation above the grill looked brand new. The chef was skilled and engaging, cooking our food perfectly. My son and I had shrimp and noodles, while my wife and daughter chose rice. I had 13 shrimp, all cooked the same way, and they came with 2 sauces (other places usually have 4). Overall, I would give this restaurant a 5/5 for cleanliness and a 4/5 for the food. Not bad at all, definitely one of the better options in the area."

"The service was okay at first but the waitress looked as if she wanted us to leave already. We hadn 't even been inside for an hour. She came over and asked if everything was okay and we said yes and then asked if we wanted to go boxes which we responded no to and she proceeds to take ALL of our food away and stack the plates on top of each other THEN asks if we were done. We said yeah after all the plates being stacked because who would want to eat the food after that? Then we were enjoying our drinks and she came with the check and we paid in card and left $0 on the tip line because we were going to leave the tip in cash. She looked at the check and goes you 're not leaving tip? and we go yes we are but in cash and she nods and walks off. We finished our drinks and left the tip under the glass and she comes rushing from the back and yells where 's my tip! and once she saw it was under the glass she calms down and we just leave. I cannot believe the kind of service we received tonight. It was horrendous."

"They sadly exchanged their menus and service for an obscure online system. You need to use your phone to see the food available, and pay from your phone to get an order in. No more service, no human contact, now you're with your date stuck on your phone trying to figure out from the dishes' pictures if that is what you like (the waitress won t answer questions). Then you have to type all your info in (name, address, email, phone, the name of your aunt) followed by your credit card information. I don't come to a restaurant to be on my phone. This used to be my favorite Sushi place. No more.... I suggest the Vietnamese Restaurant right behind on Cameron street instead, you will be greeted there with a good old fashion smile."

This place has definitely earned a spot on my favorites list; the food is fantastic! The wait time is around 10 minutes, and they serve water in charming masonry pitchers. "We came here because it was closer to the place where we lived, but I can honestly say I wish I was going to West Springfield instead. The environment was dead... The cook seemed like he was overworked (although his technical skills were amazing), and the waitress never checked us. They sat with us another company and automatically calculated the 18% allowance on our account despite the fact that we were only a party of 4. I'm NOT going back to this place... If you calculate for bliss, at LEAST offer it!!!! And they tried to push us out of the restaurant... Like they couldn't get us out fast enough! Spreading $300 in a restaurant means you should and demand some kind of respect, but apparently.... This is not enough, nor is the 18% size that was attacked on the bill."

"Wonderful service, so clean and friendly. We got the AYCE sushi and we were not disappointed at all. It was fresh and delicious. The server also was attentive to my husband's food allergies; when he ordered a roll that had mayo in it they caught it and made him a special version. Love it and we will be back! Update: Still our #1 go-to sushi spot. Love it! The fish is so fresh and tender. 5s"
