"I just made a special trip here on June 26, 2024 after reading all the great reviews here. It is now the Black Cat Diner, no indication it was recently Deb's Diner (except the Deb's Diner t-shirt the cook was wearing). I have no idea when it changed hands. I was the only customer in there at 6:30am. After being handed a crinkled dirty plain paper menu, I ordered plain scrambled eggs, figuring those couldn't be too bad. But after going to use the filthy dark scary basement restroom where I saw the food storage bins right nearby, I came back upstairs, cancelled my order and asked for the coffee to go. When the waitress said it was $3.45, I said I am not paying that much for a coffee and I walked out. What a horrid experience."
