"I'd advise you not to go here. Was looking forward to a Subway sub, 1st time going here, absolutely my last. The OM, Wicked Witch of the West, Mary, the lady that waited on me, was absolutely the rudest woman ever to wait on me at any Subway in mylife!!! She needs to be fired TODAY! After reading the reviews right now, she has a negative history pattern. Who are theowners of this Subway? You clearly aren't reading your reviews, do you not recognize the pattern here? I was going to become aregular customer as I work in this area on occasion. Not after today. Won't go back ever again!! Don't work in customer serviceif you don't know how to greet people properly and work with them nicely."

"This Subway is inside at Travel Center but it 's not gas station food. Subway always rocks and their cookies are great. Some dude was totally high getting a sandwich before us. He said yes to every add on and yes to every doubling of every ingredient. He was so animated we couldn 't help laughing. All said and done, it cost him $30!!! We were all shocked. The dude said, I 've never paid $30 for a sandwich before . The clerk had the best response ever. You want a $30 sandwich, I 'll make you a $30 sandwich. You want a reciept so you know what happened when you wake up. Epic. The travel center was cool also but not much local souvenir stuff."

"Called today to order 4 sandwiches. I got the is that it and I never finished my first order which she repeated incorrectly. Ok no. 4 but.. ok is that it? I said no, she said no 1, me no! Said 3, me no! Finally getting thru 1st order. Then ok ca. I get Turkey and Swiss on she says everything on it. I say I haven 't told you my order, it was a sandwich on rye she says well we are really busy I said we 'll if you 'd listen to my order you would...you know what f it I 'll give some one else my money! HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH ANOTHER DELI! Patiently took my order glady received my hundreds! Frank customer service definitely is low and sorry! Been going for 30+ years but may not ever again because I really enjoyed my other meal! Booboo to Franks Deli!!!"

"The gentleman taking my order was very personable and his customer service is the only reason I gave this place 3 stars or else it would have been lower. Some boss lady working there was snapping back at him for no good reason and his calm demeanor was admirable. I ordered the special of the day to-go: a medium size lobster roll with one side (I chose onion rings). The lobster looked like it was literally just slung in the roll, all haphazardly placed. No seasoning, no mayo, no flavor, no butter on the roll, nothing (wish I took a picture because it didn't look like the ones others posted)...the barely toasted bread roll was so stale it literally fell apart when trying to pick it up. The lobster had a slight funky chemical taste to it like a type of cleaner product. And the onion rings tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp, mediocre at best, tepid temp and not crunchy. For expensive amount I paid I have serious buyers remorse though South Florida has some of the consistently worst restaurants so I'm not surprised. First time, last time."

"At first glance, it seemed there was no seating available, but we found some in the back. After browsing the menu and asking a few questions, we placed our orders and received a number since we chose to dine in. I ordered the Veggie Delight on a toasted whole wheat bagel with feta cheese, while my partner opted for a scrapple, egg, and cheese on a plain bagel. Both were delicious and quite filling! The rumors about their amazing bagels are absolutely true! The coffee, Franklin Reserve, was also excellent. The staff was friendly, and the other patrons added to the welcoming atmosphere. I was really impressed with the overall vibe of the place. The variety of cream cheeses was astonishing. I couldn't resist picking up a container of veggie cream cheese to take home, though it was hard to choose just one flavor. If you're a fan of bagels, I highly recommend visiting Westmont Bagel. We've already planned what we're ordering for our next visit! #trustkj"

"The food was fine but the experience was weird. 3 employees working, 2 of which had headphones in and seemed to have a hard time hearing customers (go figure). Upon arrival there was one couple in front of me and it took the 3 employees nearly 15 minutes to make a 6 inch sub. When it got to my turn, the younger employee that seemed new or that he could care less about his job forgot that he needed to put veggies on my sub until someone from behind me told him to do his job. He then proceeded to add all of my veggies onto the customers sandwich who was behind me. We didn’t realize until it was too late that he mixed the subs up. The manager offered to remake both subs but I and the customer behind me were just so eager to escape this dreadful situation that we said not to worry about it. overall a **** poor performance by all involved. i do not understand how headphones are allowed in a customer service environment. especially when its obviously very much hindering you from doing your job even close to correctly. the lady asking me what cheese i wanted had to ask 4 times cuz she kept forgetting."
