"My wife and I dined at Panda Garden Chinese for the first time on Tuesday evening around 5 PM. We walked in and chose our own table in this lovely, modern establishment. My wife ordered a chicken vegetable dish with white rice, and she was able to switch to brown sauce upon request, while I opted for the chicken lo mein. Both dishes were exceptional, which is quite an achievement when it comes to impressing my wife. One delightful surprise was when I requested hot mustard for the pork egg rolls. As a fan of hot mustard, I can confidently say this was the best I've ever tasted! It’s made in-house with great care. I wish I could remember our server’s name—apologies for that—but he mentioned he prepares the mustard himself. The heat really lingered, hitting my chest and then my sinuses. The service was outstanding! Overall, it was a delicious meal, and we cannot wait to return, especially to try the lunch menu available every day except Sunday when they’re closed. It's clear why they have thrived for the past 30 years! This has quickly become our favorite Chinese spot in all of Houston!"
