"Every time I visit this location, something goes wrong. I always try to give them the benefit of the doubt, recognizing that they may be understaffed and that it gets quite busy in the mornings. However, management should be aware of this and consider hiring extra staff for busy weekend mornings or find alternative solutions to manage the rush.
I realized today that I was making an effort to be friendly and understanding, but no one reciprocated that attitude towards me, the paying customer. Instead, I left with a watered-down chocolate drink, a bagel with barely any cream cheese, and an ice-cold breakfast sandwich. I’m truly disappointed. I always try to support local restaurants in my area, but I doubt I will return to this particular Einstein's location again."
