Two crispy fried rolls filled with a savory mixture of seasoned cabbage, carrots, and meat, served with a tangy dipping sauce.

"We recently celebrated a birthday party for one of our group at Jacky's. It was a nice touch for the owner to write "happy birthday" in chocolate sauce on the cake and to decorate a candle for the birthday boy. However, a significant part of our experience was the incredibly slow food service. Luckily, we weren’t in a rush, but it took a very long time to receive our food, particularly the sushi. This was by far the slowest service I have ever encountered."

"I decided to try a new Chinese place for a special night. Overall I was disappointed in my pickup order, and was expecting much better food based on the favorable reviews and the prices. I paid over $30 for 2 entrees, one with “fried” rice, and an order of cream cheese wontons. The wontons were good, but the rest of the food not so much. The sesame chicken was barely ok but too much breading and it was sitting in over 1/2” of oil in the bottom of the container and most of the pieces were soggy. I poured the oil out before giving to the person it was ordered for. The “fried”rice was nothing more than yellow colored rice with a few peas and tiny carrot pieces and specks of onions. The schezwan beef was the worst. There was nothing schezwan about it, as far as flavor. The strongest flavor was of oil, and I don’t know what kind but it didn’t taste good at all. The beef must have been cheap and soaked in oil to make it tender because it had NO texture of beef, it was just slimy from oil. The vegetables in it were nothing special, didn’t seem fresh. The sauce was terrible. It wasn’t spicy at all and the taste was unrecognizable except for the oil again. I guarantee you the oil they use is very cheap, probably canola. They need to cut back on the oil and add some flavor and good spices. A lot of these reviews have got to be fake, because I can’t believe there would be many raving reviews for their food. I won’t be returning. Very disappointed."

"If I could give a zero rating, I absolutely would! We decided to try this restaurant instead of our usual one because my son's girlfriend claimed she loved their food. It turns out she only orders the orange chicken. We spent nearly $190 for eight of us, with most of us trying different dishes. Honestly, I wouldn't even feed this to animals. The egg rolls were packed with peanut butter—I'm not joking, they were overflowing with it! I can understand a mistake or two, but not one person could manage more than a few bites of their meals. The only exception was the orange chicken, which my son's girlfriend enjoyed; we ended up throwing everything else away. And no, I didn't call to complain because they were 30 minutes late and forgot one or two items. Considering the awful food and the high price, they can keep my $200. I will never return. It was absolutely terrible! And believe me, I'm not a picky eater, nor are my friends, so you can imagine just how bad it was!"

"Great wonton noodle soup house. Quintessential Chinatown experience. Wonton Soup still pre-Covid priced at $7.50/bowl. Extras inflated the cost but brought me back to lunches and its friends and family. Served with hot tea and appetizer plate of roast pork, duck, and crispy pork belly. Fed four of us at $80 with tip. Come in for a regular meal in Chinatown. No fancy experience but good home cooked meal."

"My wife and I recently tried the orange chicken and lo mein at this restaurant and it was the best we've ever had. The noodles were delicious and we couldn't even save any leftovers because they were too good. We highly recommend this place for anyone considering takeout or dining in. The phone service was friendly and the food was super delicious. We also tried the spring rolls and were very satisfied with our order. Overall, a great spot with amazing flavors."

"Nice little bistro. Ever since Blue Fish closed, we were on the lookout for great sashimi and sushi in the woodlands. We happened upon this place this weekend.Sashimi is my bellwether to a good sushi restaurant. The fish quality in sashimi speaks for itself with no sauces and other fillings to embellish it. The salmon sashimi here was excellent as good as Blue Fish. The “sexy lady roll” with tuna, yellowtail, spicy tuna and other stuff was excellent too. The lobster roll was ok. A constructive criticism, the tempura batter was a bit too thick and when fried was a bit too overpowering compared to other places. My rating is based on the sashimi.Other pluses are that the prices are great for the quality of fish, service was decent too.Recommended."

"Ordered some wings, a shrimp roll and a pizza roll. These were good, not amazing but still good, However, never EVER buy fried shrimp from these people, it is disgusting, soggy and unseasoned. That's why this is a 3 star review. BE CAREFUL!"

"The food is good. I cant say that it isn 't but the service is bad in the aspect that the girl in the front with glasses is very rude. I walked in and she said what do you want? Then when I told her she just put the menus on the table without a word and left. Honestly things like that make me want nothing from the institution. Customers don 't seem valued there. It 's sad because there aren 't many places to go out in Silver City. It was a disappointing experience. I just left without ordering"

"The food was good but was unfortunately overshadowed by the poor service. We were not greeted upon entry and had to wait 5 minutes until an employee told us to sit down... Another 20 minutes passed before being greeted by our server and receiving our water. Meanwhile we are watching patrons seated after us getting served before we even placed our order! 4 young black professionals looking for a great dining experience, let down at every corner. Overall I didn’t feel warm, I didn’t feel welcomed, and frankly will not be returning. I would leave 1 star but the food is good"
"This is hands down one of the best Chinese restaurants in the Twin Cities. They opened many years ago in a shopping mall at the front of our neighborhood. We frequently went there to grab dinner and were always satisfied completely with the service andmost of all THE CONSISTANCY OF THE FOOD. Having moved 15 miles from them 10 years ago, we still drove down several times peryear to enjoy their food. When my daughter and I went for lunch yesterday, she at 21, said to me: You know why Mei Wei issuch a great restaurant dad? Because there food is always consistent. It always tastes exactly like you expect it to. What achip off the old block...I 've been telling her for years that this is the most important quality a restaurant can have. Ownersare friendly and courteous. Service is always good. If you have time to venture out and drive to get here, or if you live in thesouth metro this will not be a wasted trip! Head to Mei Wei and enjoy a well prepared, flavorful, and consistent meal! Ihighly recommend trying the Pan Fried Dumplings, Singapore Fried Rice Noodles, and Mushu Pork!"

"I absolutely adore this restaurant! They are incredibly fast and efficient when preparing my orders, and they’ve never made a mistake. I’m very pleased with the quality of the food and I highly recommend the wontons. My only drawback is the pricing. For my husband and me, it typically comes to around $50, and I wish it was a bit more affordable. We would definitely order from here more often if the prices were lower."

"The (milk)tea menu is amazingly quite any variety of combination that you can think, e.g. boba/jelly/pudding or even Yakult. We had Matcha latte with boba and it was so good! Menu is also huge dimming, noodle, Chinese fast food, Thai or southeast Asian delicacies, and Japanese Bento. I'd skip Sushi personally. Other dishes were delish and I will definitely try other dishes again! I've been back for 3 4 times and I'll never be disappointed! Tried mango Yakult with magi jelly and loved it. Walnut beans were also great!"

"The food came fresh and delicious. I shared the Singapore noodles with my wife, excellent... Also the soup was excellent (wontone egg drops). We also had dinner rolls that I would not have expected much from a Chinese restaurant, but they were also very good and taught me that the restaurant probably used a special fire grill oven to heat a lot of their food. I noticed it in the noodles too. Don't quote me, but I feel like they add a light Smokey aroma to their food. Enjoy! Almond cookies came with the check, definitely worth the price. We had leftovers to go home with $20."

"I ordered the orange chicken for takeout, and it is absolutely delicious! I'm savoring it as I write this review. The flavor is just right—not overly sweet and free from the artificial taste you sometimes encounter. It has a nice kick to it. The batter is perfectly proportioned; unlike some other Chinese restaurants where the meat is barely noticeable, here it feels substantial rather than like a fried coating. The chicken is tender and juicy—not dry at all. I also appreciate that they provide a generous amount of sauce—enough to keep it from drying out, but not so much that the chicken gets overwhelmed. I can’t wait to try their other dishes! (The photo may not look great because the chicken is steaming hot.)"
