"I had too many issues with my order being incorrect. This place is definitely not the best in Bloomfield. I’m finished dining there. Update 8/31/2023: After dropping my car off at a nearby mechanic, I reluctantly decided to give this restaurant another chance for breakfast. I ordered a Taylor ham, egg, and cheese, but it was quite disappointing. I got just two thin slices of ham, one thin egg, and one slice of cheese. Even the ketchup was a tiny squirt. They're really cutting corners! Once again, I won’t be coming back. Let's see if I can stick to that decision this time."

"So disrespectful. Why is it that EVERY single time I come in here the manager gets so nasty with me? I’m literally just coming to get food and they treat me like a piece of garbage every time, I’m NEVER coming back. Today was the last straw, I come in to place my order because that’s what I was told to do by management since they were having trouble understanding me on the phone. He then starts arguing with me saying he never said that, which doesn’t even matter sir, It was RIDICULOUS. "I went to sunrise bagels this morning as I have many times over the years to get a few bagels for my kids at home. I started talking with Sam and as usual we asked each other how our families were and I told him my son who is an officer in the army is home from overseas in Egypt for two weeks. We talked about the military and he told me to thank my son for his service. When my order was ready and brought to me, Sam would not let me pay but instead told me once again to thank my son for his service and dedication. He wanted this to be from him to us. Of course I was pretty emotional and really couldn’t speak but I think Sam knows how grateful I am and appreciative we all are here in our household that many people support the military and their families. It’s funny because I didn’t even order a bagel for myself because of dietary restrictions...ha , ha... but today I put away my Nutrisystem and had a bagel from Sunrise and Sam with my family! Thank you and I think the world of you Sam!!You are a truly a wonderful human being!"

"Good place for Gyros and breakfast.This used to be my go to spot for breakfast and dinners with the family. Up until tonight, as I was making an order for a Steak platter I had asked them for extra meat (steak) which I have done in the past. And I had paid extra few bucks for it also. Now the lady who took my order said she couldn't do it when I asked why not, and people there have done it before. She put me on hold and said fine we will do it but it's going to cost extra $12 dollars. What are you insane? 12 bucks for 2 skewers of steak, hell I can buy my own steak and cook it up better than you and it would cost me less.No more willI step foot in or order from you! Great way to loose a customer who has been in and out of your joint for 5+ years."

"I ordered the Big Boy hero, which comes with scrambled eggs, bacon, ham, and sausage—cooked just right, not overdone—along with Swiss cheese. I opted for a non-toasted hero. After eating about three-quarters of it, I discovered that there was no sausage at all, which really upset me. For $8.99, this place feels like a rip-off. The menu clearly states that the Big Boy includes eggs, crispy bacon, grilled ham, sausage, and melted cheese on a hero."

"The food lacked seasoning, which wouldn't be a problem if there were options available on the side. Unfortunately, there’s no option to add special requests or instructions for your meal. The hash browns came completely unseasoned, without any salt or flavor. Additionally, you can't choose between a roll or bagel for your breakfast sandwich, nor select the type of bagel. I'm not sure if the issue lies with Dunkin' or Gabe's Bagels, but it certainly leaves a negative impression. In-store, this place is fantastic, but my experience through DoorDash was disappointing. I might try calling the store directly after placing a DoorDash order in the future."
