"The service at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. I waited for 5 minutes without anyone offering to help me with my bagel order. When I finally asked for assistance, I was told that I had to place my order at a different counter. I requested to have my bagel toasted, only to be told that they do not offer that service. When I went to pay, the cashier was silent and did not inform me of the total price. Another customer asked for pepper and was rudely directed to find it themselves. The cashier then ran off without explanation. Overall, the service was bizarre and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place due to their lazy and unhelpful attitude. It was a truly unpleasant experience."
