"Consistently excellent lattes! We really enjoy the atmosphere, and the staff is always friendly. Without a doubt, this is the best coffee in Gallatin and Hendersonville. The pastries are delicious; however, if you can’t get them fresh on the day, they can become hard and unenjoyable after sitting out for a few days. We’ve had some less-than-pleasant experiences, so I usually ask how old the pastries are. I understand they can’t have fresh pastries every day, so a bit of understanding is necessary, especially since they are all quite tasty. However, for those who are picky or not local, this could be a disappointment. The toast options are tasty as well, but they are a bit pricey and relatively small. They also offer bagels with cream cheese. I miss their amazing pop tarts—they were fantastic, no matter how many days old they were. I really hope they bring those back! (Please bring them back, haha) Overall, I think this place is a must-visit in town square. You can grab a coffee and explore the shops, or sit at their storefront to chat or read a book. There's also Wi-Fi available for those who want to do some work."
