"Our reservation didn't seem to matter, as we still had to wait quite a while for a table. Eventually, we were seated in a quiet corner of the restaurant with just two other tables nearby, and our server was rarely around, likely busy with the main dining area. It took a good 20 minutes for her to even come over and greet us. We had to ask multiple times for simple items like ketchup and drink refills before they finally reached our table. Meanwhile, the table next to us had three different groups, all of whom left without ordering while we were still waiting for our food. Perhaps they were understaffed? I'm not sure what the issue was, but the service was very disappointing. We decided to stay since we had two very tired children with us, who wouldn't have managed if we had to look for another place to eat. The only highlight was the 1lb lobster for $20.99 and the excellent clam chowder. However, I wouldn't choose to return."
