"Review of Momo Sushi: I recently dined at Momo Sushi and ordered 7 rolls for a total of $65. Out of the seven rolls, only one was a special roll. Overall, my experience was positive, with some highs and lows. Firstly, I had the opportunity to try kampyo and escolar for the first time. The kampyo roll had a slightly sweet taste that I enjoyed, and I would definitely order it again. On the other hand, the escolar roll was nice but a little on the salty and fishy side, though not overwhelmingly so. Moving on to the other rolls, I found the sweet potato roll to be undercooked. Unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations in terms of texture and preparation. However, the simple Eel roll stood out with its good, clean taste. The flavor was pleasant and satisfying, making it a memorable choice. Among all the rolls I sampled, my favorite was the salmon avocado roll. This roll had a creamy and simple combination that worked wonderfully together. The flavors blended perfectly, leaving a lasting impression. On the other hand, I was slightly disappointed with the Wasabi. It lacked the expected heat and did not provide the typical spicy kick I enjoy with my sushi. Lastly, the rice was a bit dense for my preference. While it didn't ruin the experience, I would have preferred a lighter and fluffier texture to complement the sushi. In summary, the sushi experience at Momo Sushi was generally positive. There were highlights, such as the kampyo and escolar rolls, the simple Eel roll, and the delightful salmon avocado roll. However, the undercooked sweet potato roll and lackluster Wasabi were minor drawbacks. If you're in the mood for good sushi overall, Momo Sushi is worth considering."
