"While I enjoyed the coffee, I was disappointed that the management locked the doors preventing customers from picking up their mobile orders. Instead, they preferred for customers to drive to the window, even in the rain, rather than allowing them inside as indicated by a sign on the door. Additionally, when I finally received my coffee and drove away, I discovered that the cup had a hole in it causing the coffee to spill everywhere, forcing me to throw it away. Overall, I paid 4 dollars for a frustrating experience due to poor management in Laurinburg, NC."
