"We had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. The food was top-notch, with a wide variety of vegetarian and vegan options available. "Ooooh my GOODNESS!!!!This is a hidden jewel. As long as we've been visiting Bakersfield, this our very first time here today. The food is DELICIOUS!!!! Our server Crystal is sweet and amazing. My husband and I live in Riverside County. We have family here in Bakersfield. This is our NEW spot to visit every time we come.The wait time was very short, but while waiting, they had free cucumber and lemon water and coffee while you wait.We dined in. The smoked Salmon Omelette, Bourbon Omelette, The Killer Kern Omelette, and Meyer Lemon pancakes were FANTASTIC!!! Also, the Mimosa Flight was amazing. Everything came out super quick.We were highly impressed!!!!Thank you for your amazing food and service."

"Don't pay attention to that guy named Ruben. My wife and I visited recently, and he was overly critical, confrontational, and rude—definitely a classic "male Karen." We go to this restaurant regularly, and I can honestly say it's some of the best food and service we've experienced anywhere. Waffles Cafe is probably our favorite place to eat in Yakima. If you go there, you can be confident that you'll leave feeling full and satisfied without breaking the bank. I would rate it a perfect 10 out of 10!"

"The nickel and diming has ruined my taste for the Millburn Diner. I ordered a hamburger w lettuce, tomato pickle and slaw one price for that. The “deluxe” was several dollars more and came with fries. I was charged extra for the TOMATO. I paid the bill and asked the woman up front (who was dressed like an extra in a musical about genies) arrogantly told me the tomato turned my burger into a “deluxe.” Pointless to argue with her about it. Go elsewhere."

"Our family frequently dines at Prime Pub and we absolutely love it. We visit often because the food is consistently delicious and the service is top-notch! My husband can’t get enough of the seafood risotto; it has become his go-to dish. From the incredibly fresh Tuna Tacos to the Californian Chicken Wrap, and the fantastic specials that change regularly – everything is amazing! And let’s not forget about the Cobb salad, which is simply delightful! The nachos are always popular, and their naked wings are a family favorite. It’s a family-friendly restaurant with a menu that never disappoints!"

"We got here when there was no wait to get seated. With in 10 min we placed our order but had to wait 47 to get our order. I’m not sure if this is the norm but with a 2 year old it was like pulling teeth. I tried to stay optimistic telling myself they still could redeem themselves if the food is good. My wife had the chicken and waffle. The waffle was ok, it was a little on the dry side. The chicken to batter ratio was a little off. It had more batter than chicken, a little dry but the flavor was there. I got my son the french toast. It was a little tough for him to eat but he will eat anything with syrup. I got the cinnamon roll pancake breakfast. I’m a big guy and I couldn’t finish them, probably the best cinnamon pancake I ever had. There are good and bad at this place. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. You can eat out doors or in. It feels like a mix of a old dinner mixed with modern. What got me was the wait after ordering….Kid or not it was a little long. Sitting with a 2 year old that long is crazy. I will come back to check out what else they have to offer but I’m not in a rush to get back. For the three of us we spent $59.Wheelchair accessibility: Look pretty easy to get around in there."
