"This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would give it negative stars if I could. My sister, our dad and I decided to have a late lunch at Floyd’s. We were visiting from out of state and had never been there before. With only around 10 other people in the restaurant, we were directed to order from the outside bar. It took a while to get the attention of the dark-haired female bartender. Our dad ordered a beer and my sister inquired about fresh brewed iced tea, to which she confirmed they had. We both ordered tea and some food. However, when the bartender brought out what looked like beer, I asked if it was iced tea. She stated it was "twisted tea", which was unfamiliar to us. When we explained we wanted regular tea, she became argumentative and used foul language, insisting that we had ordered the "beer tea". The way she spoke to us was completely inappropriate. We remained calm and tried to clarify our order, but she continued to be irrational and strange. We spoke to a younger male bartender about the incident, and he was apologetic and refunded us for the drinks. He also canceled our food order when we decided to leave. We left the drinks on the bar and never plan on returning. The female bartender's behavior was inexcusable, and it is surprising that she still has a job given the numerous reviews mentioning her rudeness. The owners of the restaurant should be aware of the disgraceful service provided by this employee."
