"WOW! I can't believe I haven't left a review for AL Ameer yet!!! I've been dining at Al Ameer East Dearborn since 1996. The food keeps getting better and better every time I go! The service is always 5 stars! Clean food is why I keep going there. Another thing I've noticed, all their servers have been working at AL Ameer for years!! That reflects good leadership. I love supporting any establishment that treats their employees well. It's very important factor to consider. Back to the food, everything, and I mean everything tastes wonderful here. My favorite is the Sujuk sampler, hummus with beef tips, fries (just add a lot of salt and your good), beef and chicken shawerma, oze with white rice, deboned chicken, Tabbouli, beef kabobs, oh and the AL Ameer salad with baked eggplants and veggies omg it's delicious (just add Jalapeños to it trust me you won't regret it) that extra spicy kick is perfect!!!! Always dine in if you can!"

"When I asked locals where to get food, many different places were told to me, but Andy’s was told by 4 separate pages. The pancakes did not fall apart like many other restaurants! My omelet I expected to be fat was not! A very good thing! I tried the “Andy’s potatoes” and was surprised and as though they were deep fried, they were not fat. The potatoes had the right amount of crispy and taste, as I would hope. The waitress, there were two, didn't spend their time talking to each other. They actually spent their time working, Kudos them. Although no place is perfect, the waitress worked very fast to correct and wrong. I would recommend this place for people of all ages! The price was good, the food was good, and the atmosphere was close!"
