"DANGEROUS UNSANITARY This was the second visit and absolute LAST. Unfortunately, this restaurant is a hot mess. During my first visit, I waited about 15 minutes past the order ready time. The kitchen staff and front house were disorganized. All ofthe salsa at their mini salsa counter was all out and they didnt even notice. The counter is literally less than 5 feet from thecash register. They were bouncing back and forth trying to get orders together for some food that was sloppy. The second andlast visit was this afternoon. Again the kitchen and front staff were disorganized. Again we were 15 minutes past the orderready time. Walk-ins were trying to place orders, pick up grubhub orders and wait for orders. There?s barely any room to stand.One of the guests was frustrated because he was waiting over 20 minutes for one taco. Another guest got her order handed to herand it was the wrong item. This prompted my wife to check our order and sure enough there were items missing. The manager tryingto coordinate things was visibly frustrated and frazzled. The place was overwhelmed with orders and not doing a very good job.This is a dangerous time for food preparation because that?s when mistakes are made and when big blunders can happen. That?swhat happened to us. On top of the cup of corn being too salty to eat, the tortilla soup had no tortilla in it and had a sloppygloop of mixed up shredded meat, melted cheese and random piece of corn. Very messy, salty and greasy. Then came the carne asadasopes with slaw on top that had a same colored METAL TWIST TIE mixed in. I didn?t find it until I bit into it! That?s veryDANGEROUS and UNSANITARY. I was so disgusted that I didnt even bother contacting the manager. There was no excuse for such acareless act and I honestly did not want to hear any excuse or get a discount for the next visit or even get compensated. What?sthe appropriate compensation for your health? This place needs to shut down, regroup and stop tak"
