"I absolutely adore this establishment. The cocktails are unique and expertly concocted. You won't find a more delicious pork chop in all of Kansas City, and the service is consistently excellent. While dining on a Saturday evening, there was a mistake with one of our orders due to a software error. However, the manager on duty went above and beyond to rectify the situation, more than making up for the delay. It's refreshing when mistakes are acknowledged and the service industry strives to exceed expectations. Bravo!"
