"THIS FOOD IS HORRIBLE!!! I just ordered a corned beef on rye with mustard... and fries... Unfortunately, I don't have time to return this atrocious sandwich. The cook OVER-MICROWAVED the corned beef, so it was very leathery. Whoever NY Jack is, he needs more quality control and to raise the standards of NY Deli accountability. PLEASE don't call this a deli, if you are going to serve food like this. You maybe able to fool some folks but not someone from NY. The fries were good but wasn't the main draw. DON'T live off past good reviews, everyday is a chance to raise your standards of excellence! Just some honest NY feedback!"
