"Ambiance 3/5: The ambiance was not the best. It seemed like they were going for a funky hip vibe that I didn't really like. It didn't feel very trendy and might have been because we arrived right when they opened and were still getting things ready. The rainy weather may have added to the overall aesthetic, but it wasn't my favorite. The benches to sit on gave it an old-fashioned vibe, which some may enjoy but wasn't my preference. Service 3/5: The service was quick and I appreciated that the food seemed fresh since they had just opened. It is self-serve, so you have to go to the counter to get your food. They take your name and number in case they need to contact you. No one serves you water, you have to get it yourself from a can with small cups, so be prepared for frequent trips if you're thirsty. Food 2/5: They offer a brunch menu and can also make sandwiches upon request. However, a few things to note - their burgers are pricey and don't come with fries, they were out of coffee due to a broken machine, and fries cost extra with certain items. Feedback on the food: 1) Fried chicken sandwich - greasy, odd-tasting bun, BBQ sauce added despite request not to. Fries were undercooked even after asking for them to be well done. 2) Avocado Toast - my partner ordered it and enjoyed the feta cheese on top but was disappointed to only receive one slice for $12. An additional $2 was required for eggs on top. Value for money 2/5: The prices felt high for the quality of the food. Overall, I found this restaurant to be overpriced and lacking in value. There are better options available in the area in my opinion. Additionally, parking is limited and valet service may be necessary."

"GREEN GLOW This is an excellent name for this blend. It is refreshing light while still very satisfying to the tastebuds satiating. 9.5/10. INGREDIENTS: Cucumber, apple, kale, lemon, ginger. x RAW COLLARD WRAPS These bites of vitality boosting fuel are appealing to me because they are not dry in any way at all. They are high quality food gone convenience. A full flavorful meal in a few bites. I did end up dipping these in the spicy vegan ranch dip because flavor on flavor is my food fetish. 9.7/10. INGREDIENTS: Carrot, red cabbage, collard green, basil, parsley, jalapeño, apple cider vinegar, walnut, miso, lemon, garlic, ginger. x KALE SALAD This salad I bought to pair w/ the hummus jalapeño pesto. I did try it on it's own I found it to be a nice simple side salad but not exactly what I was looking for. When the combo I invented, became one, this salad was upgraded to what it always wished it would be, in my opinion. This filled me up as full meal. Alone: 7/10. Paired: 9.5/10. INGREDIENTS: Lacinto kale, green apple, pistachio, dijon mustard, maple syrup, lemon, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt. x HUMMUS JALAPEÑO PESTO The hummus was fresh fluffy but it did need the spicy kick of the pesto as well to keep me interested. I loved the option of having both available together. 9/10. I also purchased a separate full size pesto as well. It is full of spicy heat it was a nice addition to the raw falafel salad. Pesto itself: 7/10. xx INGREDIENTS: Hummus Garbanzo beans, lemon, tahini, garlic sea salt. Pesto Jalapeños, cilantro, green onion, lemon, pine nuts, sea salt, pepper. xx"

"**Customer Service and Product Quality Review:** I purchased the 5 Day Diamond Cleanse on Monday, August 9th, and scheduled to pick it up at noon on Tuesday. The total cost was $299.39, which included a $45 tip, based on the excellent reviews I had read. However, by Tuesday at 11:30 AM, my order had not been accepted or prepared at the Luther Lane location. When I called to inquire, I was informed that my order couldn't be found and that it might be at a different location. The young lady who answered the phone asked for my number to call me back, and I suggested she also take my order number. She noted it down and said she would try to locate my order and return my call. Fifteen minutes later, I received a notification that my order was ready for pickup. I drove to the Luther Lane location to collect it. Upon entering the store, I wasn’t greeted, and the staff lacked enthusiasm. When I approached the counter, I was informed that I would only receive two days' worth of the cleanse that Tuesday and would need to return the following day for the remaining three days. This felt unusual to me. Starting my cleanse on Wednesday, I thought it would have made more sense to pick up the remaining three days on Thursday instead. Nonetheless, I was given my two days without any further information. On Wednesday, May 10th, around 10 AM, I called to arrange a pickup time for the remaining three days. I was told that it was already prepared and ready for pickup, which struck me as odd since I couldn’t pick it up that day and had to wait for Thursday. Considering the juice is freshly made, I couldn’t understand why scheduling the pickup posed an issue for them, especially with the unenthusiastic staff who seemed disinterested in being there. However, when I arrived on Thursday, I received exceptional customer service from Lyla. She was not only cheerful and willing to help but also provided guidance on how to best approach the cleanse. Her friendly demeanor stood in stark contrast to the other staff members and was exactly what I had hoped for during my initial visit. Regarding the cleanse itself, the taste and texture were disappointing — very bland, and I couldn’t detect any of the ingredients listed on the label. Typically, I start to feel the benefits by Day 3, but since I was only on Day 2, I plan to return for another review at the end of the cleanse. As someone who juices regularly and does a 5-day cleanse every four months, I try to give every juice bar in Dallas a chance to impress me, especially when they have good reviews. Unfortunately, this establishment did not meet my expectations. I'll be sticking with Clean Juice for now, as they offer a better tasting product and significantly better customer service. As of May 16, 2022: I felt no benefits from this juice cleanse, which I believe is due to the lack of product quality!"

"I had high hopes for this place since I?m and avid health and fitness guy but ended up with a pretty terrible experience. Around 1:30pm, we ordered the ?Green Smoothie? while it was not busy at all. One other couple ordered before us. There was 5 staff. We waited about 15 minutes and noticed no one was making our drink. The workers didn?t seem to pay attention to the customers or notice things were slow. One of them was drinking coffee in the middle of her shift and afew of them were just chatting. I asked the worker if our drink was being made. She said ?yes, it?s being made now by someone, thank you for being patient.? It was odd because a few minutes after she said that she went back and started tomake it. While it was being made, the guy who took our order asked us what drink we ordered which showed there seemed to be some confusion. By the end of it seemed like they forgot to make our order and no one apologized or took ownershipof the mistake. We finally got our smoothie and it tasted way too earthy. It tasted like way too much spinach was put in. I make smoothies almost every other day and this tasted awful. We had to throw it out. This experience was not worththe wait and the $12+ spent. I read other reviews and it sounds like this place being slow happens often. I would give the place a second chance regardless of our first experience. Maybe someone was new? Maybe someone wasn?t trainedwell? Anyways, go at your own risk but I hope your experience is better. If you are the owner or manager reading this please take this as positive criticism. Starting a business is extremely hard and I want you to succeed. Read all thenegative reviews and see what you can do better to improve and disregard all the nonsense. Take care."
