"Edit 1/10/23: Wanted to add the owners reply as a photo for folks to see an example of the service. Edit 9/12/22: I finally got food from this place! Service is still horrible, as I was ordering food a woman came in and just shouted her order, the person helping me started a conversation with her. Unbelievable! I raised my voice and finished ordering but the worker asked me to repeat what I wanted. #Facepalm So, the pernil with rice, beans and plantains was good! The rice pudding tasted like soap, the empanadas and mini arepas where crusty and dry (days old? . Overall, I rather get pernil from the dominicans down on 99st. Would definitely not ever try to get food here again. Would not recommend. Original review: I have been here three times in the last four months and have had the same negative experience with the workers. There is no line, so if you come in and wait to be served, the workers behind the counter will just randomly help whoever is closest to them. If you do manage to get their attention they will walk away if you don’t give them an order. I asked one of them if they were still serving breakfast and she said yes, then walked away to help someone else. On a different occasion I asked a worker if the bandeja came with sausage along with the chicharrón and steak, she said “I don’t know, I’ll have to ask” then walked away to help someone else. I’ve yet to taste the food because no one has ever taken my order. Even when the place is empty the workers are busy doing something else with their backs turned to the counter. People will randomly walk in and yell out their orders and the workers say “ok!” I find this process chaotic and prefer to go down to the Colombian restaurant down on 55 ave and 99th street where you can stand online, order, pay, and get your food."

"I'm Colombia and I have been looking for a Colombian Sandwich Cubano since I came in to this country 8 years ago . Their logo is the legit logo from the colombian food chain, so I was soooooo excited when I saw it that I almost crashed. The day finallyarrived after waiting a couple of months before trying it since I do not live in Hialeah. My experience with the staff was notthe ideal, I pre ordered online via EAT24 so that I just had to pick up the food and leave. Money was taken out of my accountwhen I got there, one of their staff members said they no longer work with EAT24 and that the order did not went through, so Iwent ahead and called EAT24 to get a refund and then made a new order at the restaurant and paid again, when EAT24 called therestaurant to verify that they did not had my order their staff told them I had already picked up the order WTH ? to make thelong story short it was a back and forth from their staff didn't know what they were doing until the owner got there and statedthe order did go through on EAT24 and it was ready after waiting 40 minutes . As for the food, let em clarify again I am awarewhat a sandwich cubano is, and where it comes from obviously Cubans in Key West however they have the Colombian logo and I wasexpecting what I was use to back in my country, and that was not what it was delivered. Their food lack on flavors french frieswhere terrible as well as sandwiches not even the garlic sauce made an impression on me. I have not tried the rest of theirfood, again us colombians are use to a certain type of fast food which in all my years here only one restaurant has deliveredthat particular flavor. I would not given them a chance of even tasting their hot dogs or anything due to theirunprofessionalism."
