"My family and I order delivery and although we order super late the restaurant did call me to inform me that being the time it was and how far that they weren’t going to deliver, but there was a server who over heard the manager over the phone tell me that they wouldn’t be able to place my order and that SERVER OFFERED TO BRING ME MY ORDER and with that I couldn’t say this enough. This place is amazing. I’m so grateful of the server who delivered my food to my house that night because my 2 year old son was extremely happy to have his rice and Fried Gyoza. Not only the food was absolutely delicious, it truly hit that Chinese spot that I was wanting and like I said the service I received from here will definitely keep me and my family coming back (delivery, take out or dine in). Thank you all again and for the other customers out there reading this DO IT, eat here you will not regret it because the food is phenomenal and the service is just as phenomenal. Keep it up "

"I was just looking for a short lunch. I didn't expect much, but my God, I'm glad I chose this place. The Emperor prawns was delicious. The Chow mine was perfectly cooked, not as oily as many Chinese food sites with the right wort (not heavy on the soy sauce). The best surprise was soup with my lunch special. Again, Chinese food centres have to give up the soup to go order. When I saw that there was soup, I decided to sit outside and eat. The lady works there (owner? I saw that and brought me a glass of water. Great service especially if I didn't expect!"

"I've consistently received excellent service at this restaurant, and the Chinese food is fantastic! It's no surprise that it's the best in Lenawee—it's my favorite too! <3 The prices are a bit on the higher side, but I can overlook that when I see that brown bag with my takeout order coming my way! "I always say that it is hard to find a good Chinese restaurant that is consistent. Lotus pond was recently recommended to me. The first time I ordered I did a delivery. I was surprised at how much food I received. I ordered the chicken and broccoli dish. Their chicken and broccoli uses a brown/oyster sauce instead of the white sauce I am used to. While, I really enjoy the other sauce on this dish, I still thought their's was pretty good. I got this same dish when I dined in and the meal was consistent with my last order. The interior is just like any other dine in Chinese restaurant that hasn't changed their look in years. My boyfriend enjoyed this as it reminded him of his favorite Chinese restaurant by where he grew up. I tried to egg drop soup this time and I thought it was great. We also got the wanton soup. It was SLIGHTLY under salted, but we would rather it be this way than too salty tasting. The egg rolls were pretty good and I really enjoyed the plum sauce. They also gave us the warm sweet bread, which I have not had in years. It was great and super carby. The other entree we ordered was the orange chicken. Very good dish overall. We thought the fried rice needed a tad more soy sauce, but still was really good. We noticed this place was really busy with carry-outs while we were there, so it obviously is doing something right."

"Phenomenal place; professional and impeccable service by an incredible family! The egg rolls were HUGE! All of our portions were huge! We had ordered a wonton soup with noodles; egg rolls; shrimp fried rice; shrimp lo mein; 2 different orange chicken means! All we’re out of this world spectacular! They took extra care in packaging it to ensure as my husband carrying it could do so successfully and also gave him a box! They’re a truly remarkable family that serves the absolute best in all ways! "TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER!! Me and my wife went to Siam for dinner tonight along with our 18 months old daughter. Here is what went wrong: 1) The staff member brought the check while we were still eating. That 's when I told them that we need some dessert as well, she took the dessert order. 2) Once again, she brought the check when we just started having the dessert Note: This is a basic etiquette and courtesy to wait for the customer to finish the food before bringing the check over, not sure why she was so rushed up. 3) Our kid was in the high chair and was dropping some food on the floor while eating (I believe most kids are like that) and the staff member was continuously staring at us and making faces. 4) When we got the check, we noticed that they had applied 20% party gratuity, when we questioned them asking why they applied it for 2 adults 1 kid as it 's generally applied for a party of 4+ members, she very rudely said that the kind of mess you guys have created is more than a party of 5 people would do. I asked in return, so, you have applied it because of the baby and she said yes. Note: We do eat out very frequently and have never experienced this kind of behavior/service in our lifetime. Would never like to visit again and neither would recommend anyone to go there!!"

"My food had a hair : I told the server my plate was almost full I had just started and she mentioned it wasn't hers and the cashier that was in and out of the kitchen with long hair flowing all over) said no one here has long hair I can only give you a discount. Bottom line I paid half of the plate with only an almost full plate left and left hungry : . I wasn't asking for a full refund but I was never told they were sorry for the hair in my plate and also I would have appreciated that they would have offered me something else maybe even less portion but something clean that I could eat. Left disappointed"

"The restaurant offered an abundance of tasty dishes! I ordered the sweet and sour shrimp which was absolutely delicious. However, I was slightly let down by the fact that there were no vegetables or pineapple in the sauce, and it had a bit too much vinegar for my liking. Despite this, I would still consider ordering it again and making some adjustments to the sauce at home."

"We’ve ordered takeout from this restaurant twice, and each time has been fantastic! The portion sizes are just right, offering great value for the price. Ordering online is a breeze, and we’ve had no issues with either of our orders. The egg rolls were perfectly stuffed, with a wonderful texture on the shell that was cooked just right. The fried rice was tasty, and we’ve tried the mango, honey, and General Tso's chicken combos—each one was delicious! The honey chicken was definitely our favorite, although it was a tough choice among the three. The wonton soup featured great dumplings and a perfect broth, and the BBQ spare ribs were equally scrumptious."

"DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Worst take out place I've ever been to. I don't understand how someone could mess up Chinese food so monumentally. I've never been to a restaurant that is cash only. Worse than just being cash only, they'll glare at you if you have to go get cash like we did, and on top of that they don't even start cooking your food until you come back with the money. Spent 45 mins waiting on food that should've been ready when we came back to pay. It took us 15 mins to get the cash. Not to mention when we asked if they took card they scoffed at us like we were idiots. This place is not worth the money at all. No flavor on anything, no seasoning, no taste. You know its bad when a 9 year old spits his food out because its terrible. The crab Rangoon were hard, flavorless, and the cheese was dry. Egg rolls tasted like rubber and were dry. The restaurant needs a health inspection because it was dirty as hell. The sesame chicken didn't have sesame seeds or taste."
