"My experience at Jose Tequila's was decent. The service was just okay. When we entered, the hostess wasn’t very welcoming; she was busy folding kids' menus as we approached, and we had to wait for her to finish before I finally said hello. She sat us down with a bit of an attitude. However, our waiter came over quickly to take our drink orders, and our drinks arrived promptly. When it came time to order food, I chose the fajita salad and a chicken bowl. The food was average—nothing to rave about. I’m not sure if it was just an off day, but they could definitely improve.
On my second visit, I went with friends and family, and the experience was notably better. The service was fast, we were checked on frequently, and our drinks were refilled without delay. Our waiter worked really hard; I can't remember his name, but I kept calling him Jose, and he responded to it! He was excellent. The food was fresh and fantastic, even though the restaurant was packed, the service was still top-notch. Hats off to the staff for the significant improvement!"
