"We dined at this restaurant over the weekend and found the food to be quite good with generous portions. However, we were surprised to see that the place was almost empty, with only three tables occupied, yet we had a hard time finding our waiter. When he finally arrived to take our order, we asked for some extra chips, but to our surprise, he entered our order into the system and then sat down for about 15 minutes, scrolling through his phone. After our food was served, we didn't see him for another 30 minutes, during which several of us needed drink refills, and I ended up asking another waitress for help. Eventually, after waiting another 15 minutes, I had to go to the front register to request some to-go boxes. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant for its food, but I believe the owners should train their staff to be more attentive to customers."
