"I 've ordered many times before, and although they have missed notes to send or remove certain items, I was okay dealing with that. However, last night, 8/27, there was a lack of communication and efficiency between the restaurant and Uber Eats. After communicating with the restaurant and the Uber driver for 1.5 Hours (yes, one and a half hours), the food was never picked up. There were many ways for the restaurant to fix this or communicate with me as a regular customer, and there were ways for the restaurant to communicate with Uber Eats, but none of that happened. Had I not taken action by calling and spending additional time canceling the order, chatting with Uber Eats, and calling the restaurant, no one, like no human, would have given me an update. All I got from the restaurant were excuses ."
