"This was my second visit to the restaurant in a week, and I was shocked by what happened to my party of four, for which I had made a reservation on OpenTable. When we arrived, the hostess informed us that the restaurant was very busy that evening. She mentioned that they weren't aware of the reservations made on OpenTable and that we would have to be placed on a waiting list. Why do they allow reservations if they don't honor them? We requested to speak with the manager immediately. He assured us he would get us a table as soon as possible and kept his promise. It was evident that the restaurant was quite busy that night, as it took some time for a waiter to come and take our drink orders. While the manager did try to rectify the situation, I'm still left unsettled by the reservation issue."
