"We had quite a disappointing experience at this restaurant. Shortly after placing our order, the waitress informed us that one of the appetizers was unavailable, despite the fact that the restaurant was largely empty, with only our group of six and a couple at another table present.
We then waited an astonishing 40 minutes for water, despite asking for it three times. To make matters worse, the couple who arrived after us received their meals before we did. One woman at their table even ordered takeout with several dishes, which were served before ours, while all other takeout orders were prioritized over our own.
After waiting an hour and a half for our food, we decided to simply ask for the check. In a bewildering moment, the waitress asked a cook if we still wanted the food we had been waiting for, all while maintaining a straight face. The food might have been good, but unfortunately, we never had the chance to find out."
