"Went there on a whim, since they were not busy, and the wait at Red Robin was 45 mins to a hour.I was seated literally right away, which made me a little worried Why do they not have a longer wait time? Maybe they are not good But from the moment I walked in, everything was great!!Best kept secret!!The atmosphere is wonderful, the food delicious!They served a really yummy soup appetizer I had never had before. It was great!Service was superior!My waiter was totally on the ball, friendly and my water glass never ran dry.The quantity of food is really good and I had leftovers enough for another full meal."

"Thank you for having such an amazing staff!! Everyone there works together to provide exceptional service. All the bartenders, hosts, servers, runners, and bussers are phenominal. My family celebrates many birthday's there because the waiters make that person feel so special. It's a blast! Thank you for caring about the customers. Managment is doing great as well. I love going in there. I will continue to keep coming back and spreading the word. Love the food! I always get a grilled shrimp taco and fideo soup. I am glad that a mexican food restaurant in town actually has fideo soup. Many don't. Also, the flan dessert is to die for. Keep up the great work! I will see you again soon!"

"We visited this restaurant with a family of six, and unfortunately, we were seated right at the entrance, which was not ideal. People walking by were brushing against us the entire time. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty during lunch, the staff member insisted we couldn't be moved and provided various excuses. We ultimately decided to leave without ordering any food. This trip was quite disappointing, especially since we drove 40 minutes to get there. I wouldn't recommend it for families."

"we really wanted to try bruciato, but we wanted to get out. we have read that if they are really busy, they sometimes do not offer, take them out so that we plan to be there to place the best chance of our order. they opened around midday and we were there about 5 minutes ago and there was already a series of people. it was a Sunday, so it's not unexpected. we ordered a margherita pizza and a marinara (vegan) pizza. they were ready in about 15 minutes and we took it to eat outside, along with eating from other restaurants. the pizzas were so good! if they like thin crusts, this is definitiw the place to get a delicious thin crust pizza."

"When we called the catering line to inquire if they had processed our order since the store had it, the customer service representative rudely interrupted me and insisted that they did. After checking my bank account, I noticed that their customer service had mistakenly charged me again. This meant we were falsely accused of not paying for the same order three times. It was embarrassing for my husband to explain that the order was not paid while standing in a long line. Eventually, they gave us our order. Now, nearly two weeks later, I’ve submitted three complaints regarding the $216 we were overcharged, and I still haven’t received any refunds. To make matters worse, the company number they provided doesn’t connect you to a real representative. I really hope someone addresses the issues at this Boston Market location. This is ridiculous. With inflation as it is, losing over $200 has been a significant inconvenience, and I need that money back."

"The food was way way overpriced and was no better than a prepackaged meal from HEB. $75 dollars for 2 plates of food, and the service was horrible. On top of it all the live music was classical orchestra, nothing against the music itself but if you are going to play music, it should be something fitting for the environment at your location. Terrible pricing, terrible food for the price, terrible service and absolutely horrid choice of music. We will not go back."

"Hand made flower and corn tortillas.. you know you’ll be having an authentic Mexican food experience when it’s made from scratch. I came in for flan and when I saw them making the tortillas by hand I just had to have one. Hands down delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant its beautiful from the inside. I loved how the women are dressed with their traditional Mexican beautiful dresses and their hair styles. I’ll be back! Before I forget, They have great customer service. Thank you ladies."

"Food was not great, The person that I was with got sick from the soup, and the steaks that came with our $30 plates of food tasted like the refresh out of the microwave. The only place to sit was right next to the live music and couldn't have a conversation with people at my table. The absolute worst thing And the whole reason for this review was the emphasis in the menu regarding refills, only one refill was allowed on soda. Sodas are $4. I'm a thirsty guy One refill is not good enough for me. And at almost $30 per person I need more than one refill, also the Weakest margarita I've had, I don't think they put any alcohol at all. I won't be coming back here. Pretty much the worst Mexican food restaurant I've been to. Parking: Very difficult to find a parking place because people are walking around taking pictures of their friends standing in front of the building. I don't see the appeal of this place other than the outside of the building Looks cool."

"We sat in time. The server came directly to our table with chips/salsa and took our beverage and food order. Our drinks and food came out very quickly. The food was excellent and so was the service. I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys Mexican cuisine with great service and a great atmosphere."
