However, at 8:30 p.m., General Manager Leslie reached out to apologize, explaining that our order hadn’t been sent out due to staffing issues caused by Hurricane Ian. She promptly refunded our money, prepared the pizzas anew, and had them delivered to us within 20 minutes. Originally, this review would have been a 1-star rating, but Leslie’s exceptional customer service transformed it into a 5-star experience. Truly outstanding!"
