"we have arrived early; they do not have my reservation. When they wanted to push two small tables together, I asked for a quiet table in the back they did not give me, even though they gave it to others who came after us. we were stuck on two small tables that were pushed together in the middle of the restaurant, any server that came out of the kitchen bar that was changed by us, and each customer went to the bathroom. service was fast eating is not better or worse than any other Mexican place. the worst part is the noise around 5:45 the place was full, with people waiting in the line. the noise was incredibly loud that I literally couldn't hear that my friend sits next to me without increasing our votes. it was extremely sensory overload plus, the server literally kicked us at 7:00. that was my second visit."

"I visited this restaurant for lunch with a coworker, and I can't wait to come back! The food was fantastic, reasonably priced, and the service was prompt and friendly. The table-side guacamole was a highlight! We shared a taco platter, which was a generous portion and absolutely delicious. The fish taco, particularly the fried version, was exceptional. The veggie taco was also a great choice and very tasty. This has definitely become my favorite Mexican restaurant in downtown!"

"This is one of my husband and I's favorite restaurants to go out to. Our favorite dish is the hippy burrito which is easily made vegan by subbing for vegan cheese/no cheese. The vegan quesadilla is also good. Other dishes can be made vegan upon request. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We love sitting on their patio in warm months, they have great beer and cocktails to choose from. Their chips, guac, and salsa are great to share (many different salsas to choose from)."

"Great job done very professionally, quickly and at a reasonable price. I had estimates from 3 other shops that told me I had to replace my muffler on my Jeep. $450, $740, and $1120. I saw the reviews here and thought I’d check him out. On the phone he quoted me $125 for a new muffler but when I got there he said he could repair the exhaust and use the same muffler for $80. He had it ready ahead of schedule and it was perfect. I’d recommend El Tapito to anyone who needed any kind of exhaust work.Service: Exhaust"
