"There really isn 't that many great Asian restaurants in the RB area. That 's why Pho Hoang is a treasure. My parents have been coming to this place for years. After moving back to San Diego from LA, it 's becoming one of my go-to pho place. We 've tried almost everything on their menu, from their pho, to their beef stew, to the dry vermicelli, to their rice dishes. All are fantastic. Their pho broth is rich, but not overbearing. Full of flavor, yet at the same time light . The dry vermicelli with veggies is also one of my favorites to order. It 's refreshing but filling. I also love the rice dishes. Everything is just simply delicious. They are generous with their portions. I 've never tried their drinks and desserts but I always see people ordering them. I am glad Pho Hoang is in my area. I hope they stay the same. They have a loyal customer in me."
