"I've ordered from here before and had a good experience, but tonight was completely disappointing. To begin with, they forgot to include my three dipping sauces. When I brought the food inside, I found that they had given me someone else's pizza, topped with mushrooms, which I’m allergic to. In the end, it didn’t matter since the pizza looked stale, as if it had been prepared on Friday afternoon and delivered on Sunday evening. I ended up having to settle for a can of Chef Boyardee Ravioli and some bread for dinner. I’m done with this place. In 2023, especially during a recession when prices are escalating, it’s unacceptable for employees to show such negligence towards customer orders. At these prices, it feels like a scam. Jet’s, you’ve permanently lost a customer—sorry, not sorry."
