"My girlfriend and I frequent Mi Casa and it's about time we leave a review. Its our favorite Mexican food in the area, by far, and we have never been served a bad meal. Our absolute favorite item on the menu, and the house staple, is the Jack Daniels Honey Whiskey marinated fajitas. It packs a sweet, delicious flavor and a unique tenderness whether you opt for the shrimp, chicken, or steak (or the combo! . It pairs awesome with the house margarita, salt on the rim of course. We almost always go with the salsa con queso with jalepenos as well. This is a classic and pairs awesome with the complimentary chips and salsa to start the meal. Make sure to ask for the owner's homemade habanero sauce when you order appetizers. It packs a punch, but the flavor is great and it can add some heat to your meal if you're a spice person. We have tried the chimichanga, the enchiladas, and the tacos too. These were also all great and packed with flavor. Don't think that because of the fajitas, this joint is a one pony show. They nail the basics and the house specials are truly specials. And to round out my review, I have to add that the owner and wait staff are all friendly and the service is prompt, but not intrusive to your dining experience at all. The restaurant is welcoming, clean, and the wall art adds to the experience. In summary, Mi Casa is our favorite spot to get a casual meal, celebrate a special occasion, and everything in-between."
