"Our experience was disappointing. Our food arrived cold, and we had to ask a waitress if we could even place our order. The staff didn’t seem particularly enthusiastic about their work. Additionally, people who arrived after us were able to order and were served 45 minutes before we even got to ask about our food. After waiting 45 minutes just to order, we ended up waiting another long while before we were finally able to eat. Overall, it felt like our needs were overlooked."
