"First, we arrived about an hour and a half before closing, and although we were a group of five, there were others already seated. Unfortunately, only one person was making sushi, which significantly slowed down the service.
Second, since we were unfamiliar with the menu, I would have expected our food to be served on individual plates. Instead, everything came out on one large platter, making it difficult to keep track of the names of the various rolls. I suspect they wanted to save on dishes, but it was a bit frustrating.
Third, we ended up paying quite a bit. We didn’t have individual checks, which meant that someone who didn’t even serve us was responsible for calculating our total. I've dined at other restaurants with larger groups and received more food for the same or less expense. After our meal, we all left wondering why our bill was so high.
Moreover, nothing we tasted was memorable enough to make us want to return. While it appears that others enjoy their dining experience here, we won’t be coming back. That said, I wish them the best, and I must reiterate that the staff was friendly."
