"Well we waited for over an hour for food everyone else that walked in after us got served ate and was done while we still didn't have drinks we sat down and we waited and watched at least 10 people order food eat and pay! When we got the food they forgot half of what we ordered and had to cook it and bring it out as we tried to eat! The food was absolutely horrendous by far the worst coney island I've ever been to! My waffle was burnt and was like rubber! The hash browns weren't even cooked they were still white and cold in the middle! Horrible"

"They post signs ALL over staying how they 're Back Open after renovations, but if you go there randomly at 3 pm on a weekday they 're closed for 'shift change '? Yeah, I know how shift changes work(my sister used to work for Dixie Queen), you don 't have to shut down the entire place to change shift leads, etc. Dixie Queen already takes forever to prepare an order(because it 's cooked to order), but I 'll find somewhere else to go, there 's ALWAYS something going on at this one!"

"After a White Sox game, I decided to get a burger and a bowl of chili with a cold draft beer. To my disappointment, I found out that the original Lindy's on Archer Avenue had closed down. Let me explain, I used to work at this restaurant in the 1970s and everything was made fresh, from the chili to the onion rings and French fries. The crew took pride in their cooking and the place was always bustling with customers. It's a shame that this iconic restaurant, a Chicago institution since the early 1920s, was sold and closed. People used to line up outside the doors at 10am just to taste the delicious fresh chili and other offerings at Lindy's on Archer Avenue. Bill Orr and Tennessee would be disappointed. It's truly shameful that Chicago has lost such an iconic restaurant at 3685 Archer Avenue."

"The restaurant tends to close early for repairs, and I find it frustrating that this often happens on Sundays when they are supposed to close at 6 PM. Repairs should ideally be scheduled during off hours! I've experienced this on several occasions."

"I really enjoyed the decor at this restaurant. The name and some of the decorations, including airplane motifs, likely pay tribute to Kew Gardens, which is home to many airline workers. The happy hour prices were quite reasonable, and the Coconut Shrimp was delicious. The service was also commendable. However, I wasn't particularly fond of the music that was playing, but I was able to tolerate it. The place was empty during my visit, but it had just opened a few minutes before I arrived. I don't mind that it wasn't busy, though. Overall, I'm glad I decided to check it out. I may or may not return, but the Coconut Shrimp might just entice me for another visit."

"The food is excellent, but the customer service needs significant improvement. I frequently visit this restaurant, but there was one occasion when I noticed something floating in my drink. Instead of replacing it with a new one, the staff insisted that it wasn’t a problem. I’m not one to argue when I’m spending my money, so I simply said, "Have a blessed day." Overall, I would rate the food a solid 5/5."

"I waited on the phone for 14 minutes listening to walk in orders being taken and going out the entire call..then was hung up on! VERY UNORGANIZED RUDE STAFF!!! "Was passing through Tulsa and stopped in to try OK's famous onion burger. My girlfriend and I had the Ron's Special burger and shared a portion of Spanish fries. Everything was delicious, and really fresh! Plus, the service was really friendly and the dining room was very clean. All around great experience! "You've probably been to places like this before. There's a large horseshoe-shaped bar with the usual taps, along with a few intriguing craft beer options. They offer happy hour specials and brunch menus. You'll find sports playing on several large, high-definition screens, and the music features a mix of pop, hip-hop, and Latin tunes. I ordered the wings, and they were fantastic. I would definitely return if I'm in the area and looking for a quick bite and a beer."

"Someone mentioned earlier that they were served a melted banana split and shared a photo of it. That’s not accurate. I’ve been coming to this place for years and order banana splits regularly, and I’ve never received one that looked like the one in that previous review. "We left a $10 tip for a party of 4 at this restaurant. Two different people counted the money, but when we were ready to leave, they approached us twice saying we hadn't given enough and demanded more money. I had to pay extra from my own wallet, not because of the money but because they had lost it and owed it to us. The restaurant and waiter were unorganized. The fried chicken was tough and the boiled chicken looked red and undercooked, making me hesitant to eat it. There are better dining options in Chinatown, and this place is not one of them."

"We had friends rave about this place, saying it’s the best dog they’ve ever had and the cheeseburger was fantastic. We checked it out today. The patrons were very nice, but the staff was too busy for pleasantries. The menu is tacked to the wall at every booth. CASH ONLY and you better read how to place your order because if you are used to saying ATW and getting mustard, slaw, chili and onions, you will be disappointed. A little man came back in and said he didn’t get slaw. She told him he got what he ordered and if he wanted everything, he should’ve said Loaded. Yikes. The price is the same so I’m not sure why she just didn’t give him a little container of slaw. We upgraded to the all beef dog and got it loaded. We also ordered a double cheeseburger. The condiments are free but there is an up charge for everything else see menu pic. They were out of fries so the only option was bagged chips. Pass. They understand the definition of double CHEESEburger because each patty had cheese. Show of hands: who else gets aggravated when a double cheeseburger only has one piece of cheese? The burgers were very bland so I had to add quite a bit of salt and ketchup. My burger had 6 pieces of very tough gristle. They were small but that just made it worse because I had to chew like a baby to try and separate the gristle from the meat. The beef hotdog itself was good as was the steamed bun. The slaw tasted like bulk slaw at the grocery. The chili is watery, had no flavor and didn’t add anything of value to the dog. They are very clear that you need to order, eat and get out. Don’t go here expecting to chat or relax over lunch. We parked behind the building and spaces are really limited. They have a front and back door and you wait to seat yourself. Two entries makes it hard to know who was first. We will not go back."
