"simply order dinner for my family online very expensive. we ordered a speciality burger when we came home, we found that it had nothing of it and was not able to eat. brought burger back for toppings and management / owners gave us so much a hard time over the toppings salat tomaten mayo. there was always about the toppings not coming to the burger and online order is new and should not have offered the toppings salat and tomaten. We have decided to ask for a refund on such a chaos. on the burger. manager starts complaining about a head of salat is $4 in the business I think that meant that I was not able to get a piece of salat on a $14.00 burger all due to the online site inaccurate. I've never seen anything like that in my whole life. all my years of service customers they are to calm them, please the customers. that was not important this time. not sure why that was a problem? Maybe because I was when you know what's mean! I think honestly, this is sad! dear manager/owner I am a hardworking man who works 2 jobs to feed and supply my family and I have to go through this."

"So, there was a group of 8 of us and there were two people working. My friends and I totally understand that people get stressed when there 's alot of people but the first issue was that they made me the wrong sandwich after telling them specifically what I wanted. Then my other friend Had to pay right away when she hadn 't even finished telling them what she wanted on her sandwich so after she paid and wanted avocado they told her it was a dollar extra. AND then they made the wrong sandwich again for my other friend when she specifically told them what she wanted, then they dropped it on the sneeze gaurd and tried to play it off like it was okay when that is no where near sanitary. So then they were remaking this sandwich which was still the wrong order. When I was paying the man working was very rude to me because they were busy. I work in a restaurant and just because you 're busy doesn 't give you a reason to be rude to customers. Very unhappy with my service"

"I finally had the opportunity to visit Pik Nik Basket to see what all the buzz was about. Instead of getting a typical sandwich, I opted for a veggie quesadilla. The portion size was perfect as I wasn't very hungry, and it tasted delicious! The quesadilla had plenty of spinach and the cheese was very prominent. To top off the meal, I also tried a red velvet cupcake with cream cheese frosting for dessert, which was sinfully good! I look forward to returning for a sandwich, although it will be difficult to choose which one to get. Thank you, ladies, I will see you again soon!"

"While I was in Winston-Salem for work, I was looking for some local food and was not disappointed by this place! The Deacon was amazing - one of the best grilled subs I've had in a while. I also tried the potato salad (highly recommend) and washed it down with a fountain cheerwine. The staff was friendly, the service was fast, and they had some cool sports memorabilia on display."

"Usually my pizza is great but this time it was messed up. They got my order wrong and it was my fault also I didn't look at the pie before I left also if I would've I would've seen there was pepperoni on it (I specifically said NO pepperoni Only sausage mushroom and Extra cheese) so I was partially at fault too."

"I grew up in cincy and tried all kinds of cincy style chili. the most famous places are gold star and skyline chili, there are also blue ash chili. until I tried dixie chili, blue ash was my favorite chili location. Now I can't see that I eat something other than dixie! it is different from the other cincy style chili, to the best way possible! it is not overwhelming in season. some chili are in my opinion too sweet and sharp. dixie makes a good work to balance all aromatic aromes. I believe the reason why dixie chili is the best because they are one of the original recipes for cincy style chili; this place has one of the oldest cincy chili recipes. I'm a little bit of a stratified buff to this thema. Anyway, I would highly recommend diving the 4-way or the chili man! both were really the best cincy chili I ever tasted! I just can't stop riding this place! I have eaten three times in the last two days. that should tell them it's really good to eat. every time I came in, the staff were all super friendly and welcoming. the place is super clean, the music was on an acceptable level every time I went to eat. the one part is that there is only a bathroom stall for the women toilet, but at least there was no huge line to use it. in hours nobody else will have a good choice. it will be a bit crowded to dinner time. I would recommend to everyone to try this place at least once."

"We went tonight after assembly. Had some glasses of wine and a charcuterie tray. What a wonderful experience! The staff was so friendly! In honor of President Day, several employees dressed as presidents. Abraham Lincoln was there, and Thomas Jefferson was waiting for us. Eating and drinking was great, service was very attentive. "When I returned at 7:45 PM, my order was still not ready. This time, I was informed it would be another 10 minutes, making it 7:55 PM. When I inquired about the delay, the cashier, who had pink hair and was quite rude, explained that the machine had not gone off. The restaurant wasn't busy at all, yet when customer service called her, she acted as if she was overwhelmed with work. It was clear that busy cashiers don’t have time to wander outside, sit on the patio, scroll on their phones, or vape. My order was finally ready after 8 PM, and overall, the cashier's attitude and lack of professionalism led to a very disappointing customer service experience."

"We decided to try here because of the reviews and fell in love with the chili dogs add slaw. The 1st day we met her she was not so busy and she was very cheerful!! We loved them so much we went back on Wednesday for the special and they were out of slaw due to some technical issues. No problem we knew a restaurant we could get a side of slaw to fix that problem. Hot dogs were still awesome!! I went back on Friday and got a 3 Chilli dog plate, no slaw but I still had some at home from Wednesday. The entire week I was loving the chili dogs and went back that evening to get some for my neighbor. It was a little disappointed about how she was handling business under pressure, by getting frustrated with her employee in the kitchen on Wednesday. I understand that is the day she runs a special, so I know this time of the year everyone is ordering lots of chili dogs. I love the chili dogs and she has slaw again, so she has a new regular customer!"

"I recently moved into the condo building where Cincinnati Chili Company is located. I love a good chili dog, and would rate it as one of my favorite foods. Also, I 'm extremely lazy, so I was happy to see that they will run up an order to me for free. Imean, I COULD just hop on the elevator, but that would mean putting on pants. I 'm just so happy with Cincinnati Chili Company,and the way they do business. You can tell they are doing everything they can to ensure they have a top quality product. Theingredients are fresh, they package everything carefully, and the portions are good. The cheddar cheese comes individuallywrapped. They give me a lot more cheese than I can use on the chili dogs and 5 way, so I just save some of it for my morningscrambled eggs. Also, the lady who delivers the chili is a very pleasant person who I would guess is an owner because she caresso much about doing a good job. I do put on pants before I answer the door in case you were wondering. The chili itself is abit different than I 'm used to. I guess that 's where the Cincinnati style comes in. I 've had chili that was more hearty mostof my life, where the Cincinnati chili has a bit of a sweeter flavor. Not that I 'm complaining, I love it both ways, but thischili is absolutely delicious! I also had never put mustard on a chili dog before I got one from Cincinnati Chili Company, andnow I wouldn 't have it any other way. I once had a very minor mix-up that wasn 't anybody 's fault. They tried to call me to fixit, but my phone doesn 't ring sometimes, so I missed the call. Cincinnati Chili Company went WAY above and beyond to makethings right, and to ensure I was happy with the results. They now have a customer for life, and it 's not just because they 'reright downstairs. Bravo Cincinnati Chili Company! BRAVO."

"I giggled some of the reviews. You're fat! Hello, you're in the south, sweetie! If you're looking for the Yankee-fied version of hot links, this is not! I grew up on Doc's. I'll say it's changed since they changed owners. The Henderson family bought the place in 1969 and sold it about a year ago. They still taste just as good, but it's either that I'm getting old (he or a slight change in preparation, but they're a bit too fat for me today, so I buy them raw and bring them home, bake or grill them. My sons are now 3. (maybe 4.) creating Doc's fans. They're just cashless, and I heard that the sauce is the best, but I prefer mine with ketchup and salins. The seats are a U-shaped Formica table, and you just stand above the bench and sit a spell and enjoy the scholarship atmosphere while you lie down. There is no online order, no delivery (except you're friends with a local who will bring you some! but they are well worth the ride from...well, everywhere!"
