"This was an online order. The food was ready for picking up at the scheduled time, as promised. My sons picked up the order, but everything was ordered. The pizza was hot and delicious. The breadsticks were warm, buttery and delicious. Even the 2-liter drink, the part of this family package was included when my guys arrived at the restaurant to get the food. (There were times in the past when the ordered drink was not delivered)."

"The food was fantastic, and the staff was incredible! They even remade my order after my son's GPS led him to the wrong location, making it impossible for him to arrive before closing time. I went to pick up our large dinner box, but they thought we weren’t coming and canceled our order. The manager was friendly and accommodating, and the employees were very courteous. I didn't mind the wait at all. The food was perfectly cooked, and overall, it was a delightful experience. I will definitely be ordering from this restaurant again, especially now that my son knows how to find it!"

"I'm from Mobile, Alabama and I have only visited a hand full of times but still the service this pizza hut offers is nice. The staff is so friendly and understanding. I just recently visited and was told that they didn't serve a certain item on the menu, I did not know this and was not told over the phone. I'm assuming that the staff member did not hear me, so when I received my order I was quite confused. I went back inside and was calmly explained that they did not have it. It might have been the Christmas mood that I'm in or something, but still... I like coming to this pizza hut and would recommend them to friends and family. Everything else on my order was correct and I appreciate the time they took to help me figure out the problem."

"I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful staff at this restaurant. When I called to place my order, the woman on the line was incredibly polite and professional. She informed me that my order would be ready in 20 minutes, but I arrived a bit early, so it wasn't ready yet. While we waited, the young lady behind the counter was very friendly, and we enjoyed a nice conversation. The young man who was cutting pizzas also acknowledged my presence and was very courteous. The only reason I'm giving this place 4 stars instead of 5 is that my last visit wasn’t as enjoyable."

"Does the franchise owner know how bad the personal makes the entire brand look when it is waiting so long and the apathy of the personal is so obvious? I'm not sure why they can't have any contactless pickup. I ordered early and had to wait an hour in an autoline for a pizza that is over and dried in its warmer. that's just sucked. I just sat like all cars and waited and when I got into the window, nobody was there for a few minutes. See the photo. update: the line situations are less, but the apathy and the lack of courtesy are still there. they do not seem to understand that marinara should be thick enough to taste. update: they can't stay consistent. Sitting is waiting for mia pizza. They are really sloppy and have made my detroit style with a customs sauce. see the photo. update: still not on all cylinders. I love the spicy pepperoni pizza. 3rd week I go back and they saw it with normal paprika and marinara. update: the definition of apathie ruins a great product. still unconsistent low cheese and low sauce create a tomato aromatized teig cracker. I used wh franchise and was much better, but that was one time. drive the extra mile for a bit and see how it goes. one can say that they are not wanted when the people at their phones are at work. Yeah, from my phone to her pizza. Come back. update: 4 weeks at WH-Franchise and everything is always good. take a few extra minutes drive and go there. you and your family deserve it. update august 2022: new employees and wow the difference. what had exaggerated and had to use this franchise. new management (cole) assured me that they work to bring back consistent quality. 4 wash without disappointment. can it take?8/26/2022 answer: no. I still have a light and rare ingredient pizza. I've been waiting for 20 minutes. they lower their expectations."
