"This Pilot in Vindicator, Ohio, shows a complete lack of respect for truckers. The plumbing was malfunctioning, and there were no showers, laundry services, or food available—neither hot nor cold, not even coffee. Despite this, they still wanted us to pay $17 for parking, without providing any accommodations for truckers. The staff didn’t seem to care that we were stuck there doing a 34-hour reset with no support whatsoever."
