"My brown sugar black milk tea was served very quickly, but unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of the experience. The drink looked and tasted like it was 99% milk and only 1% tea. I don't know if they used those exact proportions or if the tea was steeped for only a fraction of a second, but it was overwhelmingly milky. When I tried to explain this to the employee or manager, he insisted that it was made correctly. As a connoisseur and former ABG, I can confidently say that it was undrinkable. I’m going to have to go home and add an espresso shot just to make it bearable, as it felt more like a cup of warm milk than anything else. I felt like I was getting boba from a chain restaurant like Noodles & Company."
