"We came in an hour and a half before closing and were seated quickly. We got menus, utensils and even water without asking. First thought was wow they have stepped up their game . I 've already been here a couple times, usually with a gentleman in the front helping. Unfortunately he wasn 't there that night. Very poor service from the staff and no inclination of trying to help make the night go smoothly. I had a question about the filling in the fried wontons that couldn 't be answered until 10 minutes later. Only to be told it was cheese filled, placed my order to then be told it was a combination of pork, crab, and cheese. Though the restaurant is small, it 's neat and clean cut. Modern black decor with nice light fixtures. As for the restrooms I don 't have a clue if they 're clean or not. The menus are nice but doesn 't list anything. It only has the number of the dish, the name of the dish in English and underneath that the name of the dish in Vietnamese. This location is in Redlands, made up of predominantly non Asian folks. I would of thought that the menus would of had a better explanation of at least what items make up the dish. Makes it easier on folks who are looking out for allergies. We placed an order for three rice dishes but yet a bowl of Pho showed up at our table. It seemed as though our waitress got the numbers confused. Staff here should really use a notepad or an ordering sheet so they won 't confuse dishes. The rice dishes came with too much rice and little meat. The meat was dry and color was lighter than what 's expected for the certain grilled meat. On top of that, there was a black hair on one of the rice dishes. Along with that, we ended up adding an appetizer--black peppered fried chicken with lime. But when I bit into it, it smelled too much like old chicken and all it tasted like, was lime. While we were there for over an hour, no one came to check up on us or to fill our water. There were two staff members in the front and there were only two tables with customers. I don 't get why we couldn 't have been checked on. I understand that I asked quite a few questions during my visit, but that shouldn 't have stopped a staff member from trying to make my visit as enjoyable as possible. There are more authentic Vietnamese cuisine restaurants in the area, I 'll go to a more old school one where I know I 'll get better service, and better food quality. Ps. While I was there, I was wondering why I didn 't get a bowl of broth with my rice dish, I thought maybe it didn 't come with it. I looked up the menu online and it said it does come with it. We never got ours."

"Good. Thai cuisine with a good taste and service. Although not many seats, the restaurant was clean and masks were worn by all the staff I could see. The glass of water came without straw, but they were clean, I saw an employee who wiped a table immediately after departure. I have three appetizers such as Buda's Dumplings (fried and tasty with excellent diving sauce), Corn Cakes(a different vegetarian appetizer that tasted from the corn and tasted delicately with spices that have not taken away from the vegetables), and Tulip Dumplings (mild chicken dumplings that were easy to eat). The appetizers were quickly served and the staff was friendly and gave us enough time to look over the menu and answered questions happy about the menu choices. Pad Thai was on the sweat side with chicken (you can choose the meat or meatless choice if you want) and peanuts. It tasted good and portion was enough. The taste was clearly Thai with great accents that you will not find in any other kitchen. Along with Mussaman Curry, which came with Jasmine rice with a very beautiful heart shape. The curry was very well balanced and had a coconut under clay with perfectly mild heat. I had added mine with shrimps and carrots, onions and peppers to the delicious dish. I could have consumed it like soup, but I enjoy a good piece of rice! To wash it I enjoyed Thai iced tea, which is always almost a dessert. The food was very good and I enjoyed the experience. I appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail. The decor was well tuned and the music was not exaggerated, so casual conversation was easy. Several people came in and everyone was quickly helped. There are lunch specials along with a complete menu to choose from including desserts to witch I didn't make part as I was full of the main course. Family-friendly and if not inexpensive, the food makes a somewhat higher cost with an authentic flair. I enjoyed the meal and the trip worth when you are a little further away. Recommended and although the parking lot is large, it is divided into a shopping center with several large shops, so that the parking space can be a little difficult."
