"My mom had just come from a doctor's appointment and needed to use the restroom, so we stopped at Ms. K's in Liberty, MS. Unfortunately, she is unwell, battling breast cancer and other illnesses, and takes a lot of medication. She didn't make it in time and had an accident, which was already embarrassing for her. To make matters worse, a tall, rude staff member named Tbird shouted loudly that she "sh**ted everywhere," which only added to my mom's humiliation and caused her to cry. This level of unprofessionalism and insensitivity toward my mom is completely unacceptable, and something needs to be done about that worker's behavior."
