"I often visit this place because it is the closest coffee shop to me that is always open. I have always had good experiences with the staff and the drinks, but today was different. Luckily, I checked my purse just as the girl taking my order opened the window. I had forgotten to put my wallet back in my purse. I told her I would be right back since I don't live far away, and she offered to pay for my drink! She was so kind and understanding, it was one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a while. Definitely not something you would get at Starbucks. Great staff and great drinks, I will definitely be returning (with my wallet next time)."
