"This was a horrible experience starting the moment we walked in the door. 5:30 reservation for 8 and the spaced out hostess told us the wait would be “a while” with no explanation or time estimate. After waiting for 15 minutes we asked the manager why we could not be seated while there was an empty table with 9 chairs. Told us there was a bigger party coming that table was held for. If we have also have a reservation and are already here why would we not be seated? After another 20 minutes with that EMPTY table still there my grandma finally spoke up that she no longer wanted to stand and again asked why we must wait for a table while holding a table for a party that wasn’t there. After being seated we waited for over an hour for our cooked food while the sushi sat getting warm at the sushi bar. Appetizer that we were told would take 15 minutes came out with the food. I ordered the sea bass and it had absolutely no flavor. I am not one to send back food but refuse to pay $28 for a meal that tastes like nothing. Told the server that I didn’t want to order anything else as the rest of my party was eating and I wasn’t going to wait another hour just to eat alone. This entire time the manager never came to speak to us, never offered an explanation or apology. I understand that things happen and restaurants are unexpectedly short of staff. As a manager you should be explaining these issues to customers so they can know what to expect. If the hostess had explained to us how short of staff they were we would’ve went somewhere else to eat. Maybe this was a one off as other reviews are great but for a special occasion I would go elsewhere. We were celebrating Mother’s Day, a birthday and two engagements with most of our party coming from out of town. It was an embarrassment and after the disregard from management I will never come back. Only positive was from our waitress who was attentive and apologized for everything. She should not have to do managements job."

"The restaurant has really declined; it's disappointing now. The prices are high, but the quality doesn't match. I found the prawns unappetizing and had to spit them out to avoid getting sick. I used to love the pad Thai, but not anymore. Just three years ago, I would have given this place a five-star review. While it still offers decent Chinese, sushi, and Thai food, it’s not worth the cost. The dining room is elegant, making it a nice spot for a date, but the value just isn’t there."

"I love going to this restaurant for delicious Vietnamese dishes such as spring rolls, curry, and udon soup. But the best part is their amazing desserts, especially their strawberry cheesecake, Oreo cheesecake, and pandan cake. The staff is incredibly friendly and treats us like family; they even provided water and treats for our dog when we brought him along."

"drivers license or credit card required for patio table to be returned at checkout. gave the restaurant a drivers license and it was not returned. went back the next day and was told by the hostess they didn’t have it. asked her to look again. she said she didn’t have it. went back to my hotel room and searched everything. went back to the restaurant again and asked for the manager. had to wait 15+ minutes for manager who went and checked the office. voila… they had my id."

"This place is in a strip mall which doesn't make it seem like anything special, but boy is it a great find! I've ordered delivery once, and pickup twice. They are always prompt and the food is packaged well. I haven't tried much of the menu yet because I'm stuck on the Chicken Tenders, root fries, and Cauliflower mac'n'cheese. I did tried the Brussel sprouts, which were tasty, and my friend had the tofu which she said was good. I don't have any pictures of the food because I always dig in so fast. I have tried a few of the the sweets! The cupcakes are all yummy but the chocolate is my favorite. The lemon coconut cheesecake bites are delish as is the chocolate mousse. The cookie dough was ok but a little sweet for me. All in all I love being able to go to a restaurant where I don't have to check to see if things are on my diet. They even provide the calories for my daily counts!! It's so cute, the staff are friendly, and you can feel the care to produce good food in every bite. I'm sold and very happy this is close to work!"

"First, the actual restaurant itself is very clean and modern. I love the look of it. Second, the service is fantastic. I noticed that they don't have many workers, but they make do and tend to their customers very well. I understand that having to serve a restaurant full of people with only two workers is hard so I don't mind the wait. Lastly, the food is wonderful, I personally love the coctel and poke bowls. The citrus ponzu sauce is delicious. I love how many topping options there are to choose from, and the masago, seaweed salad, and krab are included!! Not extra like they usually are in other poke restaurants."

"What a difference a year makes. Sorry to say I 'll never be eating here again. I saw them accuse a woman with two children of not paying her bill, and it was announced to the entire restaurant when really the employees/owners didn 't communicate with each other.The employee chased after this woman to her car. The woman tells him she paid the older woman with cash. That is announced, and everyone in the restaurant laughs except me. The older woman acknowledges that the woman did pay with cash and that the employee didn 't ask her.What I didn 't see is him going back outside to apologize. I said, Do you know what you have done? Now she has to explain that to her and her child 's friend. That 's embarrassing. This is not a place I intend to give my hard earned money ever again. The noodles were dry, and I ordered extra sauce. He probably apologized outside, but did the entire restaurant need to hear this absolutely not. It was unnecessary.2022: I 've been eating here since 1999. So good. This time was different because the noodles were dry, but I usually get extra teriyaki sauce, so that was me. "I ordered HC Way’s incredible Orange Chicken with fried rice for my granddaughter while we waited for my sister to come out of her qu*ck chiropractor appointment next door (more on that in another review). We ordered takeout and this 11-year old who has no problem eating adult portions could not finish her food! She offered me a bite and let me tell you..Orange Chicken is not my favorite dish but this was amazing! The chicken pieces hot, tender, juicy, and still crispy under a spicy sweet sauce with just enough heat to know we were still eating orange chicken. It was served with broccoli which was still very green and crisp which paired nicely with the meat and sauce. The fried rice was not what I expected. It did not have much going on in regards to taste. It looked like steamed rice with a bit of egg and vegetables. The entree was so, so delicious I could have eaten it with plain steamed rice, but I’d get the free fried rice for the bit of extra protein and veggies.Even though I looked rough (I was not expecting to get out of the car lol), I was greeted immediately with smiles. The service was great. Our food was already on the warmer, packed and ready to go, and the gentleman behind the counter placed it in my hands despite our cultural differences. It was a very pleasurable experience.I am looking forward to trying more items from their menu!"

"Beef on weck was good but roll was weak. Same with burger and chicken sandwich… roll just doesn't hold together well. French fries are cheap. Appetizers were decent. Fish frys are good but are only served on Fridays. Service was terrible. There was only 1 server, but the place was empty. Never got napkins even after asking. Was never asked if wanted refills of soda. Ordered a beer twice, never recieved it and was charged for it on final bill. Will not return except for maybe a fish fry."
